Tiny tots learn basic gymnastics skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping and balancing. This class prepares children for pre-school as it gives the child social skills of sharing, helping others, taking turns, and listening to the instructor. Parent and tot bonding, following simple directions and body awareness are also important aspects of this class.

Shooting Stars is a basic gymnastics class in which vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline are introduced. We encourage the children to build courage and self confidence by overcoming their fears and weaknesses. Increased attention span, communication skills and task completion are emphasized during this stage.

Hot Shots is an advanced pre-school class in which the basic skills are built upon and mastered. Proper progressions enhance their body awareness and enable them to progress to the next level. Hot Shots focuses on concentration, body control, and following through each gymnastics skill with detail.

Our beginning tumbling class focuses on the basics on gymnastics tumbling, such as; handstands, cartwheels, bridges, forward & backward rolls, etc. These progressions play an important roll in learning skills such as round offs & back handsprings, which will be a goal in this class. Knowing how to properly complete the skill will be beneficial in advancing to higher skills.

Our advanced tumbling class will help you achieve your goals of higher tumbling. Whether it be standing tumbling or running tumbling.
